    Hi Julie,
    I thoroughly enjoyed the session in Burlington on the 28 day detox program. My daughter and I want to start this on Monday. I have already picked up the supplies from Usana, but have some questions about the actual food we are allowed to eat. Is it only the recipes in the guide book? Can we have chicken, tuna, other lean meat, brown rice? What about size, 3 oz? I find it’s not really clear, and didn’t think to ask the night of the presentation. If you could get back to me I’d really appreciate it.
