Am I too busy to do the detox program? After the month that I have had I can guarantee you that you likely not. Being too busy to do this program is actually just another excuse. What I have found is when the desire is there and when you are ready to make a change, it’s easy to find the time. Over the past month, I have traveled to Las Vegas for 5 days, I am going to a two and a half day seminar tomorrow, and I have had one of the busiest Aprils in my entire USANA career. I never actually thought that I would be able to stick to the program as well as I have considering all of the things that have been on my plate, but I made it happened. Amazingly, I even found the time to start a new juicing habit. Do I make green juice every single day? No. But I do find the time to make it green juice 2 to 3 times per week.

The reason it’s possible to be successful on this program even if you are really busy is because many of the recipes are easy to make. Also with our weekly prep download you can actually set yourself up for success on a Sunday evening so that your week is simple to organize and you don’t have to worry about making dinner when you come home because you are often just reheating rice and stir frying some vegetables.

In May we have another group of people starting the detox together. Primarily, our juicing gurus Dieter¬†and Rebecca, authors of the International Bestselling book Juice Your Way To Health will be leading a group starting on May 5th. Not to worry if you’re not prepared to start right away, we have another group starting on May 11th. From what I hear there may even be a small group starting in June.

So what I asked you tonight is to look at your excuses and really determine whether the reason you’re not doing the detox program is a real reason or if it’s simply an excuse.
