What an amazing journey so far, and it’s just the beginning! Today is the live book launch party for 30 Days of Gratitude. At Paradiso Restaurant in Burlington, we will be celebrating the successful launch of the book on Amazon just over a month ago. Family, friends, networking partners and new friends will be there. The event starts at 6 pm and runs until 9 pm. Lots of yummy food and non-alcoholic drinks are included. We will be doing a special presentation at 8 pm. Tickets are $25 (cash) at the door.

This past weekend I attend Hay House’s I Can Do It event here in Toronto. I had attended the same event last year and I was just as thrilled this year. It’s an incredible line up of speakers with many different messages and lessons to share. Several of the newer Hay House authors caught my attention this year, Michael J Chase, founder of The Kindness Foundation. I picked up a copy of his first book, am I being kind? and I will share my thoughts on it after I’ve had a chance to read it. I also purchased a copy of For the Sender, by Alex Woodard. This is a beautiful story, with music woven throughout. There is an audiobook version available on the njuliedanilukew iPad Hay House app. I had been listening to the book a few days before the event and was moved to tears several times – both listening to the audiobook and hearing Alex live. Finally, it was awesome to see hometown girl Julie Daniluk, Meals that Heal Inflammation, share her story and her passion on stage at Roy Thompson Hall. I have watched her over the past year and I was so thrilled to see her energy on stage as a part of this amazing weekend.

30daysofgratitude One of the wonderful things about this event is that there are many other Balboa Press authors as well. I had the chance to share my book as well. It was fun to sell copies out of my backpack!! People were really excited to get their hands on it and I was told that it was picked up often at the display for Balboa Press. This is a great sign of things to come. I have absolute faith and vision that I will be sharing the I Can Do It! stage with the incredible Hay House speakers in the not too distant future.

See you at the party tonight!!
