Now that I am officially 40, I wanted to look back on the past decade to look at all of the wonderful things that I have to be grateful between the ages of 30 and 40. This is super fun exercise to do no matter how old or young you are.
Gratitude Tip: Take a moment this weekend to look back on the past decade and find 20, 30, 40 or even 50 things to be grateful for. If you’re up for it, take a photo or screenshot of your list and share it on my Facebook page or post on IG as a part of the #40daysofgratitude challenge.
40 Things to be Grateful for in the past decade (2006-2016) – I’ve created a separate page for this. I’m proud of my list but as I was writing it, I realize that not everyone would like to read it. This is something I obviously still struggle with, as it felt like I was bragging. Looks like a topic for a future post!
