I am here in Rosemont (near Chicago O’Hare) for Next Level U, an amazing event to kick-off 2016. I love coming out to events in the US as it’s a reunion with my extended USANA family. Last night we heard from three amazing speakers, including Jen Groover. You may recall that Jen Groover spoke about emotional intelligence back in September at our launch of the 7 Figure Master Class events.

Gratitude Tip: What does your personal development calendar look like for 2016? Do you already have seminars and conferences booked into your schedule? How about a list of books that you would like to read? Is there a particular subject you’d like to learn more about, such as emotion intelligence? Planning out time to grow is just as important as creating your goals for the year.

Jen Groover was once again, a phenomenal speaker and there is always so much to learn from her talks. This time the theme was What If? and Why Not? as her best-selling book is titled.  She asked us some great questions and I’ll share a few with you here. Ponder these over the weekend as you continue to plan your upcoming year. Groover says that she doesn’t actually do goal setting for the new year as she is always setting and re-evaluating goals.

‘What if you can live a life that you are passionate about every day?’

‘What if you can live a life in which you are so vibrantly healthy you can maximize your mental, physical and emotional potential?’

Two powerful what if questions. Are you waking up every day excited to work? Passionate about life? And are you in your most vibrant health?

And my two favorite why not questions,

‘Why not commit to be the best version of yourself?’

Why not be everything you were destined to be?’

Every day is a chance to start again. Every day is a blank slate. Every day you can be better than you were the day before. What’s stopping you from doing this?
