My copy of Thank & Grow Rich, A 30-Day Experiment in Shameless Gratitude and Unabashed Joy by Pam Grout arrived yesterday morning! As if I needed more things to be excited about in my life!! With the launch of the new Cellsentials two weeks ago, a trip to NYC to see Dr. Oz and now this?!? Life is pretty awesome – and I’d love for you to join me in massive gratitude for the next 30 days too.
Gratitude Tip: There is always another level of gratitude. Our gratitude habits can become stale or rote, so it’s important to continuously renew our habits and create new ones. I love reading about gratitude, as you have probably guessed, it’s my favorite topic. Thank & Grow Rich provides different and creative approached to a level of gratitude that is off the charts! She claims that people will start to wonder what’s going on and what’s making us so happy?
Today is Day 1 for me. And I started the day with a simple phrase, ‘Something amazingly awesome is going to happen today!’ Guess what? It already did! As I am writing this blog, I got a completely unexpected order for 6 copies of my book, 30 Days of Gratitude. How cool is that? I made a post-it note of the phrase and it’s right beside my bed. I encourage you to try it – certainly seems to be working so far.
I love this book because the first part is all about gratitude and how it works (and what doesn’t work). Pam Grout became a NY Times bestselling author with her book E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality published in 2012. Also a fantastic book with 9 simple, yet powerful energy experiments. Start with this book if you’re not ready for 30 days yet.
Summer is over and we’re all getting back on track with our habits, why not start a new gratitude habit and see where it takes you?
