Just Because You Have a Bad Day, Doesn’t Make You a Bad Person
Yesterday was an off day for me. I’m not really sure why, but energetically, I was really off. I was caught up in my own limiting beliefs and I found myself wasting a lot of time simply surfing the net instead of getting any actually work done.
Gratitude Tip: We all have days where we aren’t at our best. That’s part of being human. Remember that just because you had a bad day, doesn’t make you a bad person. Before you head off to sleep, forgive yourself and reminder yourself that tomorrow is another day for you to be of service, be grateful and be joyful.
It happens to all of us, me included. I started off my day with my usual habits for success: lemon water, green smoothie, blog post, walk through the woods, yet for some reason I literally felt like wasting my day with completely non-revenue generating activities. Has this ever happened to you? This morning, I woke up with a renewed sense of purpose and energy. Instead of dwelling on the day I ‘wasted’, I’m moving forward. Big dreams ahead!
How often do you beat yourself up for a bad day and let it carry over to the next? Since today is all we really have, and we cannot change what’s happened in the past, then it’s best to let go and move forward. Sure, sometimes it’s easier said than done, but wouldn’t life be more fun if you let go of the bad days once you feel asleep at night?
