Before starting this program, a few of us got together to watch this new documentary – Hungry For Change. This is a fantastic movie and it’s full of great information about the food we eat and ways in which we can make better choices with was we are putting into our mouths.  I ordered a copy of the DVD and it arrived this week! I’m looking forward to watching it again this weekend.

Interesting that what showed up in my inbox this morning was an email with the title – Do You Need a Detox? Click on the link for a short excerpt from the film and a few other great detox tips. One of the components of the program that I am really enjoying taking time for me. Being self-employed, I do have a bit more freedom than if I was an employee.  There are times when I am so caught up in my work that I lose track of time and aren’t taking as good care of myself as I should. I am making an effort during this time to focus on my needs and to make sure that from a physiological and emotional level, I’m taking care of me. It makes it that much easier to take care of everyone else 🙂
