One of the things I have noticed is that many of my habits have changed for good after completing the 30 Day Whole Body Detox. Over the past two years, I’ve made some great healthy changes to my lifestyle and that of my family. This program is revised yearly so it allows me to incorporate new information and tips that I have learned. And this year we’ve added to our team of experts who are contributing to the program. This year I’ve already decided that I won’t be adding any caffeine back into my diet and I am certainly going to be paying very close attention to my sugar consumption.
What’s great about this is because you are eating real food, you don’t have to give up your social life while doing the program. Sara Martel who has just completed the first two weeks of the program is one of the most social people I know! Not only had she hosted several dinner parties during the detox but she’s also been out for several occasions as well. And she’s been amazing at sticking to it! I’m super proud of her. So don’t let the fact that you are going out or have plans with friends be what keeps you from starting. The quicker you start, the more quickly the month passes.
We have another group starting on May 1st, are you ready to get started? We’ll find a way to work with the long weekend in May, whether you live in Canada or the US.
