I think this is the truly the first day when I haven’t had chocolate cravings!! Wow, that took a while. I wasn’t even sure that after 28 days of the 28 Day Total Body Detox I would be free of them. The beautiful weather and being outside really helps. I find that I’m less likely to have cravings when I’m occupied by other things, how about you?
Today I’ll share a quick dinner solution for you during the 28 Day TBD if you’re pressed for time:
- Chop a few of your favorite veggies and fry them in coconut oil
- Scramble 2 eggs per persons, add this to the veggies
- Top with Daiya dairy-free cheese
- Serve with gluten-free toast with butter or Earth Balance (vegan spread)
