A quick post as day three of the 28 Day Total Body Detox draws to a close. One of my new favorites is the Buddha Bowl from Kindfood – I am making it at home thanks to the recipe they shared in our Detox Guide. It’s very easy to make for two people and fills you! I had one tonight at around 5 pm before I left for a very cool event called Wealthylicious in Toronto. Sounds intriguing, no? We’re doing another one in Burlington in a few weeks if you missed out.
So here is my version of the Buddha Bowl. All of my favorites, including avocado and sweet potato. Although it was easy to make at home – I’ll still be visiting Kindfood for many of my other favorites including the Goddess Bowl and their beautiful kale salad.
