Looks like I missed Day 10 & 11 of the 28 Day Total Body Detox on my blog. It’s possible I may have had one of the symptoms of the detox – which is extreme tiredness! I went to bed very early the past two nights but I feel amazing today!! One thing I have been using during this program is alkaline water. I’ve been adding a coral packet to my water with lemon. A friend suggested that I test the pH level with a pH strip – that’s great idea. I know there is a movement towards drinking more alkaline water and I know that our bodies are usually on the acidic side (which is not good) but I’m curious to learn more about this. I have stuck to my commitment of moving more during the Detox. Thanks to being a part of the 30×30 David Suzuki Foundation Challenge – as this forces me to think about spending more time outside. I am very grateful that I am in full control of my daily work schedule. Yesterday morning after dropping my daughter off at daycare, I went to Hidden Valley Park to walk and journal. It was a stunning morning, perfect for walking and meditating and writing. What a blessing! We are blessed with incredible weather again here this weekend in Southern Ontario, so with that – I’ll sign off for the day! Enjoy the sun!
