Happy New Year!
Strange title for my post today? Not exactly. I’m sure many of us feel like the first week of September after Labour Day is a bit like a New Year’s week. We have lots of new goals and resolutions now that the summer is over and we are likely back into our regular routine.
Gratitude Tip: Find a quiet moment during the long weekend to review your yearly goals. Revisit and adjust as needed. Stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone to finish the year further ahead than you were last year. Use a foundation of gratitude to express your updated goals.
For example: I am so happy and grateful now that I am ___________________.
I plan on taking some time this weekend to update my vision board as well. This is an activity that I do at least once a year, sometimes twice. We have a big vision for what we’d like to create in our lives over the next 12 months and I have found that a visual reminder of where you are going helps to manifest it. If you’ve never created a vision board before, here is a link to a free chapter from my book, 30 Days of Gratitude, on how to do so.
I would love to hear from you and what you’ve got planned for the last third of 2015. Share your goals below or send me an email, firstname.lastname@example.org. I love cheering for other people’s successes!!
