Make This Your Best Week Ever!
One of my amazing leadership team partners, Christa Realba, put out a challenge to all of us this week, to make it our best week in business EVER. These next two weeks before the holidays are a great time to focus on your business and finish 2015 as strongly as possible, no matter what kind of business you are in.
Gratitude Tip: Instead of taking it easy for the month of December, why not make it your strongest month of the year? Build momentum now and set yourself up for an incredible start to 2016. January success is built in December. I encourage everyone to take some time off for Christmas and other holidays to rest and rejuvenate. Give your best to your team and your customers between now and then and let’s create some amazing results this week.
Every day we have the opportunity to make it our best day yet. What’s holding you back from creating success this week? It’s easy to fall into the ‘busy’ trap this season (take a look at this post for tips on how to avoid this) and let business priorities slide, especially for those who have a part-time side business. Ask yourself this, what does a successful week look like for me? Success for you and I may look very different, so it’s important to paint a clear picture of where you are going.
I’ve been working with a new group of dedicated leaders for a few weeks now and together we’re all committed to creating success not only this week, but to have our biggest year in business ever in 2016. What I love about working with other leaders is that together we can make a huge impact on the world. The world needs more leadership. Where are you leading in your own life? What can you do to grow your leadership in 2016?
