Tonight I just wanted to share my new favorite snack that I discovered during the detox. It’s quite simple but very tasty (and a bit addictive).

Spread 10 – 12 Mary’s Organic Crackers on a small, microwave safe place.  Sprinkle mozzarella style Daiya cheese on top. Microwave (don’t stand in front of it) for 20 sec on high, or until just melted. Dip in Wholly Guacamole or homemade guacamole.  This is simple, fast and delicious and includes whole grains (gluten-free), good fats (avocado) and “dairy”!
