After attending an event as big as USANA’s International Convention, it can be a bit overwhelming once we return home and get back to our routine. These events are life changing in so many ways and it’s all about what we do with what we’ve learned and experienced when we get back home.

Gratitude Tip: Take the event home with you. Create an action plan based on what you’ve learned and then go out and do it! Information without action is a waste of our potential.

julie boyer, daily gratitude, libby weaverYesterday was full of amazing speakers and lots of reunions and good-byes. A few highlights of the day included another hello and hug with Dr. Libby, one of my mentors and a total inspiration for millions around the globe. I love listening to her speak and I learn something every time I hear her live. I’ll be sharing some of what I learned over on the 30 Day Whole Body Detox blog over the next weeks. I am super excited about what’s next with the program.

I will be travelling for most of the day today and back home to see my family by the early evening. I am so incredibly grateful for my amazing husband who was able to take the time off work to take care of our daughter and enjoy a staycation together.

In other exciting news, I’ll be travelling to NYC for the day on Tuesday to attend a taping of The Dr. Oz Show!! I’ll keep you posted.
