Our Choices Create Our Lives

When attending a large event like USANA’s International Convention, there are choices to be made almost hourly. We are already out of our comfort zones (and usually a few time zones too), sharing a hotel with friends we may only see once a year, not having enough time to sit down for a meal sometimes, which sessions to attend, which sessions can we skip and catch later.

Every person has such a different experience, and as Kevin Guest mentioned this morning, two people could be sitting together in the same session, hear the same information, yet one goes on to grow their business and the other drops out. As I mentioned yesterday’s post, I felt that it was important for me to attend some of the sessions meant for leadership at this Convention. And I am so grateful that I did. Now I have learned how to work with my team as a better coach and leaders and I am very excited to share what I have learned with them.

As I prepare for the special events today, I am filled with nervous excitement about what’s to come. I will have a few opportunities to be on the main stage in front of over 10,000 people from around the globe. It will be amazing and I promise to be absolutely present during all of these very special moments. I’ll be posting photos tomorrow!

Gratitude Tip: Celebrate every milestone in your journey. Even the little ones. Be grateful for every brick that builds the foundation for greatness.
