Ok so maybe spring isn’t quite here yet, but I promise you, it’s on the way! For the past two years, every April I have completed the 28 Day Total Body Detox. I designed this program back in 2012 as I was looking to try a gluten-free lifestyle for a month so that I could determine if I was gluten-intolerant. Turns out I am and it was a life changing month. I didn’t want to do it alone, so the first year I did it, there were about 30 of us who did it together. Last year the program grew even more, we printed a beautiful recipe & guide book and hosted a live event in early April. Over one hundred people completed the program in 2013 and many people’s lives were changed for the better. Check out some of their program testimonials.
This year marks the 3rd year for this program, and it promises to be even bigger. Our team of contributors grew, including our feature contributor, Dr. Libby Weaver. The recipe & guidebook is bigger and has over 30 recipes for you to follow during the program. And we’ve created a whole new site just for the program – all of the program details, videos and information for coaches can be found here. This year’s program also offers a vegan option.
We’ve got lots of upcoming events to launch this year’s program. Many of you are joining us for the live event on March 29th in Oakville, Ontario. We are also hosting a webinar event for those who cannot attend or are not local, on Wednesday April 2nd at 9 pm EST.
I will personally be starting the program on April 2nd as well, and just like the past two years, I will be blogging every day as I complete the program with you. The earliest start date for clients is April 7th. We recommend you start no later than April 21st so that you can be finished before the May long weekend.
