Ok, I am ready to admit it. I *may* occasionally suffer from sugar cravings. And the worst part is, I do it to myself!! My sister once asked me, why are you doing another 10 day program? Well, truth be told, I let myself get off track every so often and I find the easiest way to get back on track is to do one of my own programs. Here is what a typical food post looks like from me (usually on instagram): Nothing too fancy but healthy dinner, right?

Truth is, usually within about a month after I’ve RESET my body, I tend to get back into old patterns – lots of dark chocolate, cider (no beer for me) and wine. And although I believe that it’s important to enjoy food and live life to it’s fullest, I also don’t feel as great when I drink or have too much sugar – and my digestive system agrees. So, thanks to a few supportive friends, I’ve committed to the 5 Day Reset program starting on Monday. 5 Days of super healthy meal replacement shakes with lots of greens for gentle detox, lots of water with lemon and super healthy snacks! And – no alcohol 🙂
