Having just celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving (yes, it feels like Christmas to me!) I wanted to create a way to extend that feeling throughout the year, not just on one day. Many of you are already receiving the daily Live Daily Gratitude reminders and now I’m adding a weekly video as well! Welcome to the very first edition of Thankful Thursdays. Here is Episode 1: The Most Important Daily Gratitude Habit.
The most important daily gratitude habit is to write down three things that you are most grateful for, specific to that day. Using a notepad, tablet or even your smartphone, start your list tonight. Every day must be different than the last.
