The Season of Gratitude

I'm grateful for my munchkin every day!

I’m grateful for my munchkin every day!

Tis the season to be grateful! Tomorrow is American Thanksgiving. And over the past week, I’ve seen more and more articles and posts about gratitude. I encourage everyone to remember how grateful we are for what we already have before going crazy this Black Friday. There is a bit of irony in a holiday that is all about friendship, family and gratitude followed by a day of frenzied shopping!

Gratitude Tip: Whether or not you are planning a Thanksgiving celebration tomorrow, take some time today to make a list (written is more powerful) of everything you are grateful for in your life. Encourage those who are celebrating with you tomorrow to do the same. When you are together for the Thanksgiving meal, take turns reading from your list, sharing things that someone hasn’t already shared. If you’re not celebrating Thanksgiving, do this for your next family meal, in the spirit of the season of gratitude.

I am here to help you build your amazing life on a foundation of gratitude, joy and love. I am also here to help you become a Grateful Entrepreneur with me. Imagine how your business and life would change if gratitude came first? I am very excited to be sharing my newest seminar starting in January:

The Grateful Entrepreneur™: Building your business and your life on a foundation of gratitude.

To all who are celebrating tomorrow, I wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving, and remember these tips for healthy holiday eating!
