time for a little breakTime for a little break! I’m going to be doing some travelling over the next few weeks, into the first week of December and I’m not taking my laptop with me. So I’ll be taking a little break from blogging. I’ll still be sharing on Instagram and Facebook, however I’m focusing on family first this week in Costa Rica, and then I’ll be heading to a personal development seminar called Go Pro Recruiting Mastery in Vegas with Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson and Eric Worre. I’m also working on a new email newsletter format and some hot new branding too!! Lots of great changes coming to the blog that will hopefully continue to add value to your life on a weekly basis.

Gratitude Tip: We all need time off. We need time to unplug and reconnect. Being away from our work and our laptops is a great opportunity to reconnect with those we love and create new connections. It’s also a chance to deepen our daily gratitude practice by focusing on the present and what’s happening right in front of us, instead of what’s on social media.

Thank you to all of you who have been loyal followers of this gratitude blog since the beginning when it was simply a daily gratitude tip. I’m excited for these new changes and the opportunity to continue to inspire everyone to wake up & give thanks.
