September 1st. A day that means the end of summer is almost here and we’re moving towards fall. For many of you, school has already started for the season as well. My daughter will be starting next week, and thanks to the fact that it’s an election year, the school boards are starting to settle with the government so it looks like our kids will actually be back to school on time.
Gratitude Tip: Looking back on your summer, what are you most grateful for? Are you able to focus on the positive events that took place? Did you take some time to create memories with your family?
Not to worry if you haven’t had the best summer – there is still one last long weekend to create memories. Isn’t it interesting how the summer always seems to fly by? We’ve had a pretty amazing summer here (if you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you know we’ve had a few fun trips!) but I am absolutely ready to get back to the routine of back to school. I love spending time with my daughter, but I am also ready to get back to business and to work on some amazing projects I have planned for the rest of 2015 and into 2016. Big things are coming, so stay tuned!
I am doing my best to get back into my morning habits now that school is starting. After travelling for over a week, it’s a bit of a challenge to get back to starting my day with success habits. This morning I got up and went for a walk and experienced a beautiful sunrise. What a wonderful way to start September!
