This is more of an inquiry than a post. I have adopted a gluten-free lifestyle since last April and am finding that more and more people are doing the same. This was something I resisted for a very long time. Turns out, I am gluten-intolerant and life has been much nicer since I have eliminated gluten completely. I feel that this is the now becoming ‘trendy’ and that it’s possible that people are jumping on the gluten-free bandwagon without truly understanding what it’s all about and how to keep a healthy lifestyle while eliminating sowheatbellybookurces of gluten. A great book to help you get started is Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis. It gives you an understanding of the science behind what has happened to wheat and why it’s now a problem for most people.
